We Were Featured in the AIC– CCRI Coffee Table Book

We’re proud to share a meaningful milestone in TaLe’s journey.

TaLe has been featured in the AIC–CCRI Coffee Table Book, published by the Atal Incubation Centre – Central Coffee Research Institute (AIC-CCRI-CED), Coffee Board of India, as part of the centenary celebrations of CCRI

About the Publication

The AIC–CCRI Coffee Table Book (Volume 1) documents 100 coffee-based startups and enterprises from across India that are contributing to innovation, value addition, sustainability, and entrepreneurship within the Indian coffee ecosystem

The book brings together stories from across the value chain — estates, roasters, exporters, agri-tech innovators, equipment manufacturers, and service providers — reflecting how Indian coffee is evolving beyond commodity trade into a quality- and value-driven sector.

What This Recognition Means to Us

TaLe was built with a simple principle:
do coffee the right way- at origin, in trade, and in relationships.

Our work focuses on:

  • Responsible sourcing of export-quality Indian coffee
  • Deep engagement with estates, curing works, and post-harvest processes
  • Transparent communication with buyers
  • Long-term thinking over short-term volume

Being included in this publication reinforces that approach. It’s a signal that careful sourcing, process discipline, and integrity in trade still matter.

A Shared Platform with India’s Coffee Builders

What makes this feature especially meaningful is the company we share these pages with — organisations from across India that are shaping the future of Indian coffee in their own ways, from legacy estates to next-generation specialty ventures

To be counted among these 100 stories is humbling and motivating.

Looking Ahead

We’re grateful to AIC–CCRI-CED, the Coffee Board of India, and CCRI for documenting and supporting coffee-led entrepreneurship.

This feature isn’t a finish line. It’s a checkpoint — a reminder to stay grounded, keep learning, and continue building TaLe with patience, honesty, and long-term intent.
